REGISTRATIONS SUMMER 2024
Also this summer we will work with day registration. In other words, your child can come to our playground on any day. So there is always a place for every child.
This year we are working with the same registration system as last year. It will be possible to register your children online at home, so that the registration on our playground can proceed more smoothly. This platform is available here:

A. ALREADY REGISTERED ON THE PLATFORM LAST YEAR
If you already registered your child last year, all you have to do is register again and confirm your account details (this will be possible from April). In this case it is not necessary to come to the registration week, you are of course always welcome if you would like to see the playground again before the start of the summer.
NEW! In function of the tax certificates: please add in the registration system the number of the registrant and each child.
B. NOT YET REGISTERED ON THE PLATFORM
1. Register through our registration platform
If your child is coming to our playground for the first time next summer, or you don't have an account yet, the idea is to register first by creating an account. This can be done by following the link to the registration platform, where it is explained step by step.
2. Drop by during the registration week
As a new parent, it is important and mandatory that you stop by the playground during registration week. Even if you are enrolling a new child.
Not a new parent, but have questions or something is not working out? Then you are also definitely welcome to stop by during enrollment week!
As mentioned above, registration is meant to be done in advance online at home. Did something still go wrong or things are not clear? No problem! You are welcome during registration week and we will help you out.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THIS PRICE?
- Free bus service to the playground from Leuven and the surrounding municipalities (more information about the stops can be found here).
- Activititys on the playground
- Cookie in the afternoon
- For certain special summer activities (excursions that are optional) an additional fee may be required.
WOULD YOU LIKE TO REGISTER DURING THE SUMMER?
That is possible again this summer! This year it is no longer necessary to reserve places for your child(ren) in advance. For questions you can contact the secretariat every playground day from 7:30 to 17:30 and every Sunday from 16:00 to 18:00.
For this registration you need to follow the same steps as mentioned above and bring the same supplies to the registration itself.
FISCAL CERTIFICATE
The cost of caring for your child under 14 can be deducted from your taxable income. The tax certificate needed to deduct this expense from your taxes will be sent automatically to anyone who pays their bill on time after the summer. This certificate serves as proof of the amount you paid for your child's participation. Further information can be found on the website www.sociaalcultureel.be.
HEALTH INSURANCE CONTRIBUTION
You can withdraw a subsidy through your health insurance fund. To do so, please send the necessary documents from your health insurance fund with a stamped addressed envelope to the playground or hand them in at the registration desk. As soon as all the bills have been paid, we will send you the completed papers.
